Accommodations
The Chicago Marriott Downtown has
reserved a block of rooms available for conference participants at a special
rate of $269 per night. For room information and reservations, please contact
the hotel directly 312-836-0100 or call Marriott’s national hotline at
1-800-228-9290 as soon as possible. The Union League Club of Chicago, which is
about a 5-10 minute taxi ride from the Marriott, has also agreed to make a very
limited number of rooms available for conference participants at a rate of $125
per night for this special event. Please contact The Union League Club of
Chicago at 312-427-7800 or 1-800-443-0578 for further information. On both
occasions, be sure to mention that you are attending the U.S.-China Chamber of
Commerce trade conference.
Refunds
A
full refund, less a $100 per person administrative charge, will be made for
cancellations by October 22, 2007.

Dinner on Thursday, October 25 is not included. However, a ten course traditional Chinese dinner at a popular restaurant in Chinatown, Chicago will be served at $50.00 per person. Transportation to and from the restaurant will be arranged. SPACES ARE VERY LIMITED; PLEASE REGISTER EARLY.
