The Chicago Marriott Downtown has reserved a block of rooms available for conference participants at a special rate of $139 per night. The Union League Club of Chicago, which is about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the Marriott, has also agreed to make a very limited number of rooms available for conference participants at a rate of $95 per night for this special event. On both occasions, be sure to mention that you are attending the U.S.-China Chamber of Commerce trade conference.
A full refund, less a $100 per person administrative charge, will be made for cancellations by November 1, 2004. You are welcome to send a substitute at any time, and if so, please inform our office.
