Enrollment is limited. Early enrollment is encouraged, and a discount is offered. Please register on or before October 22, 2003.

Accommodations

The Hyatt has reserved a block of rooms available for conference participants at a special rate of $177 per night for single occupancy, $202 for double occupancy. For room information and reservations, please contact the hotel directly 312-565-1234 or call Hyatt's national hotline at 1-800-223-1234 as soon as possible. The Union League Club of Chicago, which is about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from The Hyatt, has also agreed to make a very limited number of rooms available for conference participants at a rate of $95 per night for this special event. On both occasions, be sure to mention that you are attending the U.S.-China Chamber of Commerce trade conference. 

Refunds

A full refund, less a $100 per person administrative charge, will be made for cancellations by October 27, 2003. You are welcome to send a substitute at any time, and if so, please inform our office.

United States of America-China Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit, bi-national membership organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(6) dedicated to developing increased U.S.-China trade and investment activities by assisting American and Chinese companies, professionals and the general public to better understand the business environment and cultural traditions relevant to successfully doing business in both countries.
