APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

VISA: BUSINESS VISAS
1) Valid United States Passport with
at least one blank page for any visa stamps. The passport's expiration
date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the
visa you are applying for.
2)
Completed Brazilian Business Visa Application (must be completed
electronically at
https://scedv.serpro.gov.br/frscedv/) Once completed, print out the
confirmation to send to us.
3) Two
recent Passport-Style Color Photos, with full face, front view, no hat,
and against a plain light background (Do not staple your photo to the
form)
4) Plane
Ticket or Travel Itinerary
5)
Photocopy of Driver’s License
6)
Invitation Letter from Sponsoring Company in Brazil
- The invitation letter should be written on the Brazilian company
letterhead

Must include the Name and Title of
the visa applicant
- Provide a detailed description of the purpose of the visit, the
probable duration of the stay, state the validity of the visa applied
for (1 Year or 5 Years), places and organizations to be visited and the
contact information in Brazil
7)
Business Letter from Applicant's
Company in US
- This letter should be written on company letterhead
- Must include Name and Title of the visa applicant

Provide a description of the
purpose of the visit, probable duration of stay, state the validity of
visa applied for (1 Year, 5 Year or 10 Year), organizations and places
visited and indicate of who will be financially responsible for the
applicant and provide contact information in India.
- The letter should be signed by the visa applicant’s manager or an
executive of the company

10) Non-US passport holders must submit a photocopy of the
valid US visa or Green Card
L VISA:
TOURISM VISAS
1) Valid
United States Passport with at least one blank page for any visa
stamps. The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months

6) Letter Describing Tourist Travel
- The letter explains that your
travel if for tourist purposes only
- Explain that you will NOT be
conducting any business activities during your stay in Brazil
- Type this letter on company
letterhead, if possible
