APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

VISA:
BUSINESS VISAS
1) Valid United States
Passport with at least one blank page for any visa stamps. The
passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the
date of entry for the visa you are applying for.
2) Completed and Signed
Vietnam Visa Application Form (Download). The application
must be filled out in ink.
3) One
recent Passport-Style Color Photo, with full face, front view, no hat,
and against a plain light background (Do not staple your photo to the
form)
4) Proof
of Travel Departure (A copy of plane ticket or travel itinerary)
5)
Photocopy of Driver’s License
6)
Letter of Authorization (Download)
7) Fee Schedule: (Download)
8) Non-US passport holders must submit
a photocopy of the valid US visa or Green Card.
9)
Invitation Letter from Sponsoring Company in Vietnam

The
invitation
letter
should
be
written
on
company
letterhead
-
Must
include
the
Name
and
Title
of
the
visa applicant
-
Provide
a
detailed
description
of
the
purpose
of
the visit, the
probable duration of the stay, state the validity of the visa applied
for, organizations and places to be
visited, indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant
and provide contact information in Vietnam.
L VISA:
TOURIST VISAS
1) Valid
United States
Passport with at least one blank page for any visa stamps. The
