On July
26, 2006, the ITC voted to conduct full five-year (“sunset”) reviews
concerning the antidumping duty orders on Foundry Coke from China
(Inv. No. 731-TA-891 , Review). As a result, the ITC will conduct full
reviews to determine whether revocation of these orders would be likely to
lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably
foreseeable time. The public record for this review may be viewed on the
commission’s electronic docket (EDIS) at
http://edis.usitc.gov

On
July 7, 2006, the ITC voted to expedite its five- year ("sunset")
reviews concerning the antidumping duty orders on imports of furfuryl
alcohol from China and Thailand (Inv. Nos. 731-TA-703 and 705, Second
Review).
As a result, the ITC will conduct expedited reviews to determine whether
revocation of the orders concerning this product would be likely to lead
to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably
foreseeable time.
The record of the Commission's vote is also posted on the ITC's Internet
server at http://info.usitc.gov/oinv/sunset.NSF (under "Furfuryl
Alcohol - China (2nd Review)" and "Furfuryl Alcohol - Thailand (2nd
Review)").

On
June 19, 2006,
the ITC determined that a U.S. industry is
neither materially injured nor
threatened
with
material injury by reason of imports of
diamond sawblades and parts
thereof from China
and Korea
that the U.S. Department of Commerce has determined are sold in the United
States at less than fair value.
As a
result of the Commission's negative determinations, no antidumping duty
orders will be issued on imports of diamond sawblades and parts thereof
from China and Korea.

from China and Korea, Investigation Nos. 731-TA-1092-1093 (Final),
USITC Publication 3862, July 2006) will contain the views of the
Commission and information developed during the investigations. Copies may

On
June 7, 2006,
the ITC
determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on pure
magnesium from China would be likely to lead to continuation or
recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time, but
that revoking the existing countervailing duty orders on pure and alloy
magnesium from Canada would not.
As a result of the Commission's affirmative determination, the existing
order on imports of pure magnesium from China will remain in place.

and Pure Magnesium from China (Inv. Nos. 701-TA-309A and 309B and

On June
1, 2006, the ITC determined that revoking the existing antidumping
duty orders on imports of helical spring lock washers from China and
Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of
material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
As a result of the Commission's affirmative determinations and Commerce's
recent affirmative findings, the existing orders on imports of these
products from China and Taiwan will remain in place.

As a result of today's vote, the Commission will conduct an expedited
review to determine whether revocation of the order concerning this
product would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material
injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The record of the
