Jim came to the U.S.-China Chamber of Commerce as a customer looking to get documents legalized for Dalian Plus during the COVID-19 pandemic. After successfully processing all required documentation, he and Siva maintained close contact consulting on various projects.

Jim now regularly works with Siva Yam to coordinate social media accounts and website development for U.S.-China Chamber of Commerce.
