Now in its sixteenth year, the U.S.-China Trade Conference afforded participants the opportunity to discuss the changes China's economy and business environment are undergoing.  Speakers discussed China's manufacturing industry, the devaluation of RMB, changes in immigration laws, new tax and accounting laws, trademarks and patents, selling to Chinese consumers among other topics.  The Conference was also a unique opportunity for attendees to network with fellow business people and entrepreneurs involved in cross-border business and investment.

Changzhou Municipal Government in China and U.S.-China Chamber of Commerce held “Changzhou Meets California: A Seminar on Opportunities in the Medical Device Industry” on Wednesday, June 17, 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at The Westin South Coast Plaza, 686 Anton Boulevard, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.  A cocktail reception and dinner followed after the seminar.

At this special event, attendees learned about business and investment opportunities for U.S. companies in the medical device industry. A delegation of government and business leaders from Changzhou, led by Mr. Li Chenguang, Division Chief, Changzhou Municipal Government presented information about these opportunities.

A cocktail reception and networking followed the seminar.

At this event, a delegation from Changzhou led by Mr. Li Chenguang, Division Chief, Changzhou Municipal Government presented attendee with information about the growing business and investment opportunities for U.S. companies in China's aviation industry

U.S.-China Chamber of Commerce held its 18th Annual Chinese New Year Dinner at Phoenix Restaurant on Friday, February 20, 2015 from at 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Over 100 people joined us to celebrate the arrival of the new year and eat a delicious traditional Chinese dinner.

Dr. Bill Testa, Vice President and Director of Regional Research of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago spoke about the state of the global economy.
