Operation Confidence (O.C) is a 501 © 3 nonprofit organization that advocates for and addresses the physical and social needs of persons with disabilities.

Since it’s inception the organization has assisted 10,000 + individuals with wraparound services to better them becoming productive members of society. Services, such as with but not limited to job preparation/dress for success workshops, job creation and employment opportunities.

OC has hosted job fairs and community outreach events throughout the city of Los Angeles for over 25 years partnering with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and government agencies.
