"Hong Lei, China's new consul general in Chicago, and Whiteside County Economic Development Director Gary Camarano talked trade and investment opportunities at a Chinese New Year luncheon Jan. 27 in Chicago. Camarano has invited the consul general to visit the region.
Siva Yam, president of the U.S.-China Chamber of Commerce was also in attendance."
