My boss lost the passport and had to travel the next day evening to China. She went down to their office at 7:30 am, got a replacement passport by 9:30 am and they got her Chinese visa by 3:00 pm. Price is not even half of CIBT. You can always talk to a live person to ask question and check status. They even gave us their cell phone number for emergency.
